Yes, we all get it, even me! Backne is annoying and hard to see; but today I am going to go over ways to help treat your backne and how to prevent it!

It all starts in the shower. An innocent product you use all the time can be clogging those pores. Your conditioner and body wash! These products are formulated to condition your hair and make you smell good. This means they can be pore-clogging and cause your backne. If you have backne; consider using my non-foaming cleanser Soothe to wash your shoulders and upper back after you wash your hair and body to treat the backne.
Another scenario that can be causing your backne is after your workout. You are sweating and the sweat is stuck in your bra band or under your tank top straps. The first way to treat this would be to shower immediately; but sometimes we don't have that option in the gym. The next best option is using the Micellar Water and the aesthetic wipes to cleanse the skin until you are able to get home and shower.
Okay so we have showered, we used Soothe or Micellar Water - now what? Sometimes certain lotions can be pore-clogging and can also be causing your backne! Post-shower use the Balance moisturizer to moisturize the skin rather than your leg and arm lotion.
Finally- SUNSCREEN. I will always preach about sunscreen but protecting your skin from the sun can also help treat and protect your barrier to prevent that ance from developing.
