Salicylic acid exfoliates by getting into pores and cutting through the gunk and oil that cause acne.

Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells to reveal healthy, radiant skin. Physical exfoliators (think of "gritty" scrubs) are too harsh to be helpful, so we turn to chemical exfoliants for our desired glow. Salicylic acid is the most popular BHA and it appears in many acne treatments, including Porefection Pro.

In your PM skin routine, remove makeup, cleanse the face, neck and chest with Invigorinse or Baby Face cleanser. Pat Dry. Wipe this single-use, disposable pad onto face neck and décolleté. No rinse required!

Use as little as weekly or as often as daily! We recommend to slowly build up tolerance. Do not combine with other exfoliating acids or exfoliating products, because excessive drying of the skin may occur.

Start with 1 application over the affected area daily, then gradually increase up to one time daily if needed or as directed by a doctor or esthetic professional. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to every other day or every 3 days. Keep away from eyes, lips and other mucous membranes. May slightly tingle upon application.

Allow the toners from the exfoliating pad to completely absorb into the skin and then follow with our Skin Drip, Skin Dew and Skin Whip.

SUNBURN ALERT: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
